Sapele

Sapele is an African wood very similar to Ebony, both physically and acoustically. But Sapele is a cheaper alternative and it also has a brighter sound due to its greater density.

This wood offers a good finishing and an attractive aesthetic. About the sound, Sapele projects very good the tones in Classic Guitar, apart from its great value for money.

This wood is also highly sustainable and a great option to build our instrument. The Sapele enhance midtones and has a similar tone to Hard Maple, but even warmer.
