For customers who are not Vip Premium the orders will be sent after 5 working days once the payment is received, and also the shipping costs will be free for all orders over 150€ (VAT not included), for Spain and Europe (excluding Canary Islands), but all orders containing any of the following items are excluded from this promotion: Guitar cases and covers, leftovers, sales, boards and firewood.

The shipments are prepaid, charging the postage on the invoice.

Once the order is prepared, the shipment will be made by Spanish transport companies for destination within Spain with a delivery time of 24 and 48 hours (except weekends and holidays), and by FedEx and DHL transport companies for all other countries with a delivery time of between 4 and 5 working days.

In the shipping charges aren’t included duties, fumigations or any other costs generated at the destination customs. For more information please contact your nearest customs department.

We cannot use couriers for our shipments because we don’t provide the corresponding SAD, a customs document required for an export company such as Maderas Barber that must be presented to the Treasury.

We insure all shipments. Any damage produced during transport must be communicated within 24 hours after receiving the package.

All the photos of the wood products, except those included in the “MB Exclusive unique pieces” are a sample or example of the final article that the client receives, this is because the nature of the wood prevents the existence of two equal pieces. 

The items on the settlement list are discarded products for use directly in the manufacture of instruments, unless they are repaired. These are items that are not included in the quality selection. These clearance products are sold with some kind of imperfection or defect and are intended for use in repairs, decorations, small adjustments or small parts. The defects that we can find in these articles are; cracks, knots, moths, non-uniform measures, stains and breaks. Please take these indications into account before placing your order as "clearance" cannot be returned.

All our wood products are sold with different moisture levels specific to each wood, depending on when it has been cut, except if "the drying" option is selected in the purchase process. In this case the wood goes through a drying process that you can read here. Therefore, we recommend to finish the drying process of the wood and check the moisture content before you start working with the wood.

Return policy

We are totally sure of the quality of our products, but if any of them doesn’t respond entirely to your wishes you can return it to us within 15 days as you received it. It is up to you to choose whether to return the amount paid or to exchange it for another product.

Upon receipt of your order, the customer must check the status of the package and inform the deliverer if it is damaged to facilitate its return.

For any claim / exchange / return, please contact us via email at the following address info@old.maderasbarber.com providing your name, order number and a description (we recommend attaching photographs) of the incident or product to claim.

In case we have made a mistake when placing your order, we will correct it without any cost on your part. If any change or return of any item is due to subjective criteria of aesthetics, quality or personal return costs will be borne by the customer. For reasons of hygiene, personal protective equipment is excluded from return once the packaging has been opened.

No returns will be accepted for items that have been screen printed, handled, or that have undergone any kind of transformation.

Once the product has been received in our warehouse, its condition will be checked before making the exchange or refund.
