Palo Escrito
Palo Escrito wood, from the family of Dalbergias, is the one with less density. This wood is really easy to work with, very steady and light. It has a lighter colour, most of all if we compare this specie with Indian Rosewood.
Regarding to the acoustic issues, Palo Escrito is a wood which offers low and clear tones, and which amplify very good the sounds produced by the fourth, fifth and sixth strings. Speaking about the sound, this wood is similar to Brazilian Rosewood.
Said all this, you couldn’t miss Palo Escrito Sides for Classic Guitar of Maderas Barber, a wood with very special acoustic qualities.
