Black Friday, the most expected sales event of the year
Every year we celebrate Black Friday, one of the most awaited days of the year thanks to the high discounts that companies offer to their customers. Although in the beginning the offers were only available for 24 hours, nowadays, Black Friday can last a week or even the whole month of November.
No matter how long it lasts, Black Friday has become one of our favourite days. In addition to the great offers, it's the perfect time to think about Christmas presents. And who doesn't like to buy quality gifts at low prices? We certainly do.

This year, November 25 is the official day of Black Friday, but we celebrate the sale festival from November 18 to 27. Ten days of discounts on all our products: wood for creating musical instruments, tools, accessories, finishes and products of specific brands such as the ones listed below:
What is new this Black Friday?
Compared to previous years, this Black Friday campaign will combine fixed discounts with variable ones. We will be changing the offers throughout the campaign, so you should pay attention to all our newsletter to be among the first to find out the discounts and get the limited stock products.
Until November 27, we will maintain a fixed discount of -10% on all our woods, including MB Exclusive unique pieces and finished parts. Plus -5% on all our tools, accessories and finishes.
Which products have a variable discount? Here are some examples: backs and sides sets for classic and acoustic guitars, fingerboards, necks, bridges and headplates, carved tops for electric guitars and basses, wood for wind instruments, lathe and 100% FSC-certified wood for guitars.
VIP customer advantages on Black Friday
If you are a VIP or VIP Premium customer we want to reward your loyalty with even bigger discounts. You can add the 3% VIP discount or the VIP Premium discounts to all Black Friday offers. Here is an example:
Do you want a machine head? You will get -5% of Black Friday + 10% VIP Premium discount + 3% lifetime discount. A total of 18% discount plus all other VIP Premium benefits.
About Black Friday origin
Surely you like to see offers everywhere you look, but what do you know about Black Friday orinigs?
We go back to 1961 in Philadelphia. The very next day after Thanksgiving, a multitude of shops offered considerable discounts and the population quickly reacted. In a few hours, the streets of the main shops were crowded with people and vehicles and the city was thrown into chaos. As a result, public bulletins and police officers began to call this phenomenon Black Friday, and since then, the term has become increasingly popular in the United States.
Black Friday in Spain was first celebrated over 10 years ago and every November, more and more online and offline shops started to include this campaign in their calendars.

How long do orders take to arrive during Black Friday?
Regardless of the time of year, we always want to take care of the preparation of our orders to ensure they arrive in optimal conditions. Due to the large volume of orders we expect during Black Friday, we will be reinforcing our order team to avoid long delivery delays, however, timings may be a little longer than the rest of the year.
Under normal conditions, VIP Premium customers' orders are shipped 72 hours after payment, while non-VIP Premium customers' orders are shipped 5 days after receiving payment.
Is the return policy the same as during the rest of the year?
Yes, during Black Friday we maintain the same return conditions as the rest of the year. If you receive your order, but you are not satisfied, you can return it and we will refund your money or exchange it for another product.

Of course it is. Your 10% discount on machine heads and Summit tools and your 3% discount on all our products for lifetime are cumulative with all the Black Friday offers.
