It has a specially designed head to obtain a precise and centered drilling at low revolutions without the need to drill previous holes of smaller caliber, which makes it a fast and practical tool. Manufactured with carbon steel (high percentage carbon 0.6% to 1.5%) for greater durability.

What use can it have for the luthier?

The main advantage offered by this bit is its length; with a total length of 22.8 cm and a real drilling capacity of 19.5 cm, it is especially useful for drilling the holes that communicate the cavities of the pickups and controls of the body of an electric guitar.
