Description of the Fret Leveling File Hosco TL-FL160S

Made in Japan. File for levelling adjacent frets. This small file is perfect for correcting those typical uneven frets that prevent an optimal set up of our instrument.

When do we need this file?

Once we have isolated the problem with the high fret detector, we can level the fret and proceed to re-crown and polish it. For these tasks we can use the triangular file and the fret polishing rubbers. This file is dead flat, easier to work with without a wooden handle.
