Description of the ShintoE1201 Rasp

Made in Japan. These rasps are made by bonding several diamond-shaped saw blades together. One side of the Shinto E1201 scraper has a medium tooth size for an intermediate finish, while the other side has smaller teeth and is suitable for finer finishes before sanding.

The Shinto E1201 Japanese Rasp saves time in your workshop

This is the tool that every luthier should have in their workshop. They can be used to work on woods of different hardness, soft metals, resins and composites.
