Bearings on the surface of the box guide the saw for accurate and smooth cutting. Furthermore, this Manual Fret Slotting System includes the Beech Handle Fret Saw, a perfect tool for most standard fret widths. This manual fret slotting system accepts boards up to 89mm wide and can work with any smaller fretboard that is large enough to be clamped.

This Manual System is designed to be used in conjunction with our Fret Grooving Templates, available in various scale lengths that can be found in our Plans and Templates section.

This Hand Slotting System is a must-have tool for any luthier involved in construction or restoration.
