D'Addario Gypsy Guitar Strings Set EJ84L 10-44
Overview D'Addario Gypsy Guitar Strings Set EJ84L 10-44:
First made by John D'Addario Sr. for legendary luthier Mario Maccaferri, the D'Addario Gypsy Guitar Strings Set EJ84L 10-44 are still the first choice for a jazz manouche guitar. This set was designed to meet the needs of gypsy jazz guitarists in the era before amplification.
Crafted with a high carbon steel core and silver-plated copper wire, this set provides the warm, percussive, projection-driven tone heard on recordings by Django Reinhardt and other acoustic jazz ensembles. This 10-44 gauge set is made for acoustic guitars that use loop-ended strings, not the usual ball.
