Giving the right radius to the braces is not an easy task, unless you have the Brace sander, 15 and 25 foot radius combination. With it you will be able to shape and ensure that the radius of your braces is correct so that they fit perfectly to the top or back once they are placed on the radius dish. You only have to place a strip of sandpaper of your preferred grain (between 80 and 120 is fine) and shape it until you get the desired radius. With this model you can get radiuses of 15" and 25".
