Overview Waterslide Decal Paper for laser printers:

The final touch on your guitar or bass: your brand signature on the headstock. With one of the pieces of Waterslide Decal Paper for laser printers you can transfer to your guitar any design you can think of or even replicate an old logo for the restoration of a vintage instrument.

This premium quality decal paper is the thinnest on the market and has a supportive blue sheet. Sold in sets of 3 A4 sheets.

Instructions for use:

  1. It is recommended that the surface has a few coats of lacquer or has been sealed or coated with a sealer or Z-poxy. Sand with 600 grit sandpaper and then clean and degrease.
  2. Cut the decal with some clearance according to your design. Make sure the decal fits the surface without pieces sticking out of the wood.
  3. Place the decal in a shallow bowl of water until you see the decal come away from the backing paper.
  4. Put it in place, you can use this support to transport the decal. You can smooth out wrinkles with a wet finger and press with a tissue to dry it. Do not rub hard! Let it dry overnight.
  5. Give it a coat of clear lacquer. After sealing the decal with lacquer, continue finishing your instrument as if it were wood, including the decal as a whole.
    IMPORTANT:

    Be especially careful when using varnishes with a high percentage of acetone. This can damage the decals. This paper is only suitable for laser printers.
