OldWood Brescian Brown Oil Varnish is an oil-based varnish designed for classical fretted string instruments such as violin, viola and cello.

This varnish provides a durable and bright coating in brown tones. It can be combined with pigments or dyes for a more elaborate color effect. Brescia varnish enhances the colors and luminosity of previous coats, creating an effect of depth.

It is recommended to make a test on pieces or parts of wood similar to those of the instrument to be treated in order to anticipate the color tone that can be achieved in each case.
