Deflection Measurement Frame with Yato Dial Gauge
This set is designed to accurately measure the deflection of the soundboard under a localized load, a key parameter for assessing its actual stiffness during the building process.
It includes a wooden frame with a dial gauge mount, a Yato YT-72450 dial indicator with 0.01 mm resolution, and a 1 kg counterweight. It allows the luthier to clearly and consistently record the deformation of the top with stable and easily readable measurements.
A practical and robust tool, designed for acoustic studies on guitars already built or in advanced assembly stages.
