Fingerboards

The fingerboards are a fundamental part of all string instruments because they are responsible for the wear and tension produced by the strings. Currently there are several types of wood used for the manufacture of fingerboards, mainly dense wood such as ebony and Indian Rosewood.

In Maderas Barber we discard the low-quality pieces for these types of instruments and we only group the medium-high quality pieces into one standard grade, both in Ebony and Indian Rosewood to offer a product of the highest quality.
