CMT Orange Tools FORMULA 2050 blade and bit cleaner is a safe and environmentally friendly preparation that is more effective than any other chemical used for cleaning cutting tools.

Sawdust and resin residues left by wood shorten the lifespan of your tools. Most tool cleaning products have a solvent action, but very strong chemicals are needed to dissolve wood and adhesive residue. Formula 2050 penetrates into the microscopic cracks in the resin and attacks the bond between the resin and the surface of the steel or hard metal.
 
No rinsing is necessary after cleaning. Formula 2050 protects against rust and corrosion, prevents rust formation even on the saw table. It can also be applied with the spray bottle, or used in ultrasonic cleaning preparations and immersion tanks. Completely non-toxic, non-flammable and certified biodegradable.
