Relic Gloss nitrocellulose lacquer for guitars has been specially formulated to achieve a crazed effect, making it ideal for creating relic finishes on electric guitars.

Crazing usually appears a few days after application. It is recommended to use it as the final finishing coat of the guitar. After applying a primer, a colored lacquer, and transparent topcoats, you can add two to three thin coats of Relic Gloss to facilitate the relicing process.

Relic Gloss is an excellent choice for giving your guitar a vintage look that will develop even more naturally over time as the wood ages and wears.
