Fret Polishing Template 24.75" G10

Protective fret polishing template precision laser-cut from 0.5mm stainless steel. Covers a full 24.75" (628.7mm) scale up to 24 frets, matching the scale of the Gibson Les Paul, SG and their derivatives. Shields the fretboard wood from abrasion during polishing, preventing marks while working the fret metal.

The slots have a height of 3mm and a progressive width from 55mm at the 1st fret to 67mm at the 24th, following the tapered geometry of the fretboard. The template has 12 side notches to hold 3 thick rubber bands (not included), keeping it securely in place on the neck and allowing it to conform to the fretboard radius. On tighter radii, a slight bend may be required.

Measuring 84.5 × 519mm and weighing 250g, it is a compact and durable tool for maintenance and repair work in the luthier workshop.
