Highly recommended by luthiers, cabinet makers and woodworkers, these planes offer great precision thanks to their +/- 1.5 thousandth of an inch tolerance grinding and blades made of T10 carbon steel, water hardened to RC63.

The Luban 102 Low Angle Pocket Plane model has a cast bronze body and an adjustable brass counter-blade with a brass gear. The blade is set at a 12° angle to the sole of the plane body. The blade can be adjusted with a stainless steel set screw. Its weight of 440 grams makes it very comfortable to use.
