Stratocaster Pickup Assembly Template 52 mm

Precision jig for assembling single-coil pickups. Designed to align the flatwork pieces and insert the cylindrical magnets with accuracy on pickups with 52 mm pole spacing, like Stratocaster models.

This template is compatible with shop presses or drill presses and is made from clear plexiglass for optimal visibility. It includes several interlocking pieces that guide the assembly process step by step, ensuring consistent results and full control during work.

Jig Components

• Buffer: Holds the outer 5 mm magnets in position and keeps them aligned while inserting into the bottom flatwork. Keeps your fingers out of the way during pressing.
• 10 mm Spacer: Four-piece holder placed over the outer magnets to position the inner ones. Comes apart like a puzzle after pressing the top flatwork into place.
• 3 mm Spacer: Two-piece spacer to provide clearance between bottom and top flatwork. Can be combined with the 10 mm spacer or customized by sanding.
• Top Press: Aligns over the magnets to press the top flatwork evenly. Its 5 mm thickness allows accurate positioning, including for staggered magnet setups.
