Humbucker Pickup Kit

Looking to build your own classic humbucker from scratch? This kit includes all the essential components to assemble a humbucker pickup with two 50 mm coils—one with adjustable poles and one with fixed slugs—an Alnico 5 bar magnet, spacers, mounting hardware and full wiring options.

The mix of adjustable poles and fixed slugs gives you full control over string-to-string output balance. To suit different wiring preferences, the kit includes both a vintage-style push-back braided wire and a 4-conductor shielded cable, perfect for modern setups like coil splitting or phase switching.

Also included are the metal baseplate, plastic and metal spacers, and a standard-size Alnico 5 magnet bar. The layout is inspired by PAF-style humbuckers, making it compatible with most classic humbucker covers on the market.

You can choose from three metal cover finishes: nickel, chrome, or gold. All covers are 50 mm wide and fit the included coils perfectly.
