Description of the Sintoms Fret Tang Nipper

When the fingerboard we are going to fret has binding, or if the groove does not reach the edge of the fingerboard, we will need to cut the fret tang. This Sintoms tool will be very useful for this purpose. With it we will be able to cut the tang in a precise, quick and easy way.

This Sintoms Tang Nipper is especially designed for nickel silver or brass frets, as well as for the Elite series of Sintoms.

Once the fret has been cut to the desired length, cut the tang from the end, removing only what is necessary. It is recommended to apply a little cyanoacrylate on the ends that have been left without the tang.

It can also be used as a fret cutter up to 3mm.
