The HF-S2 model from Hosco is made from 18% Nickel-Silver with HV200 hardness. This professional set includes 30 uncut fretwire strips, each 500 mm (19-3/4") long, ideal for luthiers who prefer custom-length frets.

With a Small Standard profile, the crown is 1.1 mm (0.043") tall and 2.0 mm (0.079") wide, pre-radiused to 12". The tang is not undercut for binding. One set is enough to refret up to 10 guitars or basses with total flexibility.

Widely used as replacement wire for Yamaha® guitars, but suitable for many other instrument types as well.
