Fiji Mahogany Neck 650 Scale with Indian Rosewood Headstock MB Exclusive

This MB Exclusive finished neck made of Fiji Mahogany (Swietenia macrophylla) is designed for classical guitars with a 650 mm scale, the most common scale length for this type of instrument. Crafted from carefully selected, naturally seasoned wood, it ensures a stable and solid neck structure.

Thanks to its straight grain and balanced density, Fiji mahogany is easy to work with and offers excellent acoustic response. The neck features an ebony center strip for extra stiffness, along with two pre-routed carbon slots for those who want even more reinforcement.

The headstock is topped with a layer of Indian Rosewood, complemented underneath by decorative white and black veneers. The heel is built from several glued parts, minimizing internal tension and increasing the durability of the neck.

Each piece is CNC-machined and carefully cleaned to remove any loose fibers or roughness. Still, a light sanding is recommended before finishing to achieve a perfect surface.
