In the AAA grade Indian rosewood we will find sound and flawless pieces. Growth rings very close together and uniform, without major changes, and with a radial cut that will give these pieces very good tonal properties.

Although in this species the variety of tones is very large, in the superior qualities -like this one- most of the pieces tend to be of dark tones, either brown, reddish or violet.
