This tuning pegbox is designed to replace the tuning pegs found on slotted headstock acoustic guitars. It has a 1:15 turn ratio and the pinion is open for a vintage look and easy lubrication. It is worth noting that the gear supports are part of the steel chassis itself and are not riveted, making them shock resistant and exceptionally strong.

Along with the pegbox, 6 bushings are included to house the shafts and prevent the shafts from rubbing against the headstock wood. A tool is also included to install the bushings.

The knobs are made of zinc and are bean-shaped, which adds to the classic look of the headstock.
