The KO-GA tuning machines have been designed with a new bearing structure that achieves greater concentricity and improves durability. Without a doubt, the new Gotoh tuners are the beginning of a new era of guitar hardware. The anti-friction rollers move effortlessly thanks to the quality of the rollers and the special lubrication of Gotoh tuners. The post bearing allows the tuning of the tuning peg with precision and durability, at the same time avoiding a common problem with tuning pegs which is friction and creaking in the wood every time the peg is tuned.

X-FINISH: X-Finish incorporates Lubri-Plate as the outer coating. This high quality finish provides a fusion of incredible water repellency properties with superb lubrication. Until now, coatings would rust over time due to the accumulation of sweat and lubricating oil, which then attracts dust and dirt, leading to corrosion. X-finish repels both water and dirt, protecting moving parts from rust and dirt. The end result is a major step forward in the durability and functionality of the rotating part.
