Green + Green Veneer

Overview Green + Green Sycamore Veneer:

One of our most requested products, natural wood veneer has different uses in the construction of guitars and basses. It is generally used for guitar purflings, combining different colors or various curved pieces of solid wood. Likewise, veneer is the raw material for rosettes, previously cut into tiny strips and composing intricate patterns. But veneer, whether natural or colored, can also be used to provide a contrast between the top and the body of electric guitars and basses, be part of the fretboard inlays... The truth is that the uses of natural wood veneer are limited only by the imagination of the builder.

This veneer consists of two sheets of tinted veneer, in this case green. These sheets are glued in our facilities with large hydraulic presses, so the gluing is better and more uniform than it would be possible to obtain in a small workshop. Both veneers have a thickness of 0.5 mm, so the resulting veneer has a thickness of 1 mm.
