QualSpray AM 5008/8008 Spray Finishing Kit

A kit comprising two LVLP (Low Volume Low Pressure) spray guns designed to work with small compressors, ideal for luthiers and instrument builders working in limited spaces. Working pressure is 29 psi at the gun inlet, reducing overspray and promoting a smooth, even finish.

Detail gun — 1.0 mm

Perfect for dyes, sealers and most varnishes (some may require thinning). 125 cc cup. Ideal for precision work and hard-to-reach areas.

Full-size gun — 1.4 mm

Designed for finish coats and varnishes. 600 cc cup. Includes an adapter to interchange cups between both guns.

Build quality

Forged aluminium body, stainless steel needle and nozzle, nickel-plated brass air cap and Teflon seals. Corrosion-resistant, leak-free construction.
