General Description Madagascar Rosewood Bridge 1st/2nd Quality (181x58x12 mm):

Madagascar Rosewood is a dense, brown-coloured wood with marked grain that closely resembles the highly sought-after Brazilian Rosewood. This variety is highly appreciated for guitar bridges due to its density, hardness and excellent acoustic behaviour, faithfully transmitting the vibration of the strings to the top.

Maderas Barber classical guitar bridges are always cut with the fibres along the piece to give it greater strength and stability.

1st/2nd Quality Classification:

1st/2nd Quality includes healthy and well-cut pieces, with small variations in colour and grain that do not affect the performance of the bridge in the instrument.

Features:

  • Dimensions: 181x58x12 mm
  • Botanical Name: Dalbergia baronii
  • Origin: Madagascar
  • Density: 920 Kg/m3
