Italian Golden Ground Brown A+B is a water-based primer that offers protection to the natural wood of classical stringed instruments.

This product, composed of IGG Brown A and IGG Brown B, enhances the wood grain with a dark, warm tone and is perfect for those who want a deep finish before applying varnish. It is compatible with oil-based, alcohol-based or synthetic varnishes, and is an excellent base to protect the instrument from aging and alterations due to environmental changes.

It is suggested to test the product on a sample of wood before final application. In addition, if you choose to use Italian Golden Ground Brown A+B in the varnishing process, it should be the first primer applied.
