I installed a carbon saddle on one of the metal string guitars and was impressed. I perceive a sharpening of the sound and it seems to me that the sound of the strings has become one. I've also tried it on classical guitars and I think it's better than bone.

Unexpected effect

I first tried the saddle on 1 old guitar with metal strings, now I have carbon on almost all guitars. It is difficult to process, but the result is worth it. I find the sound to be generally cleaner, better defined than with a bone saddle. And I'd say it's more compact in terms of unifying treble and bass. As if they belonged to each other more, they became closer.

Interesting material

Tested on my Felipe Conde flamenco guitar, this gives deeper bass and shinier trebles than the original bone saddle.
