    The spoon shape of the curved-handled gouges allow drawing spaces in the wood easier.
    The initation version has a shorter size, making costs cheaper and use easier.
    The Pfeil D series gouges have a lower length from the rest of the Pfeil gouges, both the handle and the steel blade have a lower length from the professional gouges. Its lower size makes them specially designed for initiation in wood carving and small hand people.
    However, production and material quality are the same as the professional gouges.
