In Maderas Barber we have available all the necessary sizes to build your Galician bagpipe. The Bass Drone Cap of the Asturian bagpipe is the last piece in this, the longest of the pieces that compose it.

Cocobolo, one of the most spectacular woods in our extensive catalog, is also a reference wood for woodwind instrument makers. The reasons are multiple: its hardness, brightness, spectacular finish without the need for excessive sanding or oiling... in addition to the sound, highly valued by the builders. As if this were not enough, add to this its amazing appearance, with a multitude of tones ranging from a vivid orange to a deep purple, often mixed in the same piece with amazing results.
