Molecular bonding creates a strong and durable protection. To obtain this molecular bond it is very important to respect a reaction time of a few minutes. The better the fibers are bonded, the stronger the protection will be.
Thanks to its technology, consumption is much lower than in a traditional system. The result is resistant coloration and protection, in a single layer. Once the fibers are bonded with the oil, the wood no longer absorbs excess product - making a second coat unnecessary.
Rubio Monocoat oil's unique pigmentation technology allows for deep, intense coloration in a single coat, without affecting the natural look, feel and texture of the wood.
Once all the cellulose-free fibers are molecularly bonded, the wood will no longer accept excess product, nor will the bonded Rubio Monocoat layer itself. This avoids overlaps or start marks.
Rubio Monocoat Oil contains neither water nor solvents and is based on natural ingredients. This means that the product is very safe to use, and at the same time, safe for the environment.
