Maderas Barber launches a complete new line of finished products made in Spain and designed with the CNC hi-tech (Computer Numerical Control) that allows us to reduce costs and therefore offering you a new gamut of finished products with more reduced prices and to perfect the finishes of our pieces thanks to that technology. Finished products make building instruments easier when you don’t have the right means to build and dry.
The CNC technology used at Maderas Barber adds 4 more axis to the basic X, Y, Z values. A total of 7 axis that allows to make more complex movements and to get better manufactured and perfect final pieces as a result. During this process, the product is first designed by a 3D software program and the CNC technology creates numerical codes that control the speed and position movements of the machine that produces the final piece automatically.
Our machinery uses a Colombo engine (T1M, capable of getting 24.000 rpm) on a rigid bridge crane, which gives flexibility to the movement and makes it so versatile. In addition, it has 8 automatic tool changes with different finishes. Along with the tables that came with the TGV system and the rigid steel rails to fix lateral and top clamps and vacuum cups. These features make this machine capable of making any desired piece by the clients.
You can already see the new finished products line of our own creation in our online shop: fingerboards, necks, bodies and bridges for classic, acoustic and electric guitar, apart from bass, cello, violin, viola and double bass.
